  • Showed how to type in Tamil using online tools (google translate)

July 22, 2018, 4 – 6 PM – Webpage training to seniors

  • Explained about OTSA members’ list
  • Explained about facebook page, group & personal account
  • Explained about different types of browsers and spam – Q&A
  • Discuss about library books, phone list

  • Showed Seniors Corner Government Services resources
  • Showed how to use each website to get the information they need
  • Showed how to go to each website and use

Oct 2018

  • Showed how to translate to Tamil and back to English on the fly
  • Showed how to use each page and translate
  • Showed how to use the contact form to send any queries
  • Met project coordinators and gathered comments

Feb 2019 – Webpage training and Closure

  • Talked about the importance of using the resources available to communicate to each other
  • Talked about the importance of helping the community and raise fund and help the community whenever there is a disaster or need
  • Congratulated and enjoyed snacks
