AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION AT OTSC
As you are aware OTSA (Ottawa Tamil Seniors Association) is operating at the Ottawa Tamil Seniors Centre at the above location – in front of Car Canada Company.
OTSC is situated in 1.4-acre property with a 3-bedroom house and an external Kitchen. This facility is fully furnished and serviced with electricity, water, Telephone, Internet, and TV equipment.
OTSA is using a room as an office for its operations, and it is accessible with a separate entrance with deck and Basement, and External Kitchen
The space with two other bedrooms, Sitting Hall, Kitchen with attached washroom, is available for community use at a nominal rate for rental.
The Nominal Rental Charges for the facility are as follows:
1) Board/Committee Meetings 2 to 3 hrs: $50.00 (AM or PM)
2) Above – Prolonged Meetings0 4 to 6 hours : $100 (AM & PM)
3) Short eats (Vadai & Samosa) & Tea for 10 people: $50
4) Lunch Vegi for 10 people: $100
5) Lunch Non-Veg for 10 people: $150
6) Rooms to stay: 2 people: $50 per day
7) Rooms to stay: 4 people: $100 per day
8) External Kitchen (fully equipped): $150 per day
9) A Tent to be erected in the near future in front of the house & external kitchen to accommodate 50 to 75 people to hold meetings/parties etc.
10) A Volleyball/Badminton court will be established in the frontage in the near future to conduct regular games/matches.
Rental for the usage of items No. (8), (9) & (10) is negotiable.
